With a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, an MSC and a glorious career in the Indian army, Brig. Naresh Bajaj is also the key person responsible for constructing and launching Hotel Leela's properties in Bangalore and Goa. He then joined Citibank, heading the real estate operations for South East Asia. He is result oriented with a dynamic leadership experience and an extensive record of accomplishments in the Corporate Real Estate field, including Project and Asset Management.

Zameer Bandukwalla
General Manager
An MBA with over 20 years of experience in real estate, Zameer Bandukwalla has been with the organization for over 8 years. He heads the Business Development and Facilities Function for Raiaskaran. His prior role as Assistant director at Jones Lang Lassel brings knowledge of the industry and valuable efficiency to Raiaskaran.
Yuvraj S. Rajan
Mr. Yuvraj Rajan has been associated with Raiaskaran after completing his Bachelors of Science in Business Management, with a concentration in Real Estate, Sustainable Development and Entrepreneurship from Babson College, Boston. Conscious of the pedigree and lineage associated with the company, he aspires to deliver practical, cutting edge products and to continue to add landmark projects to the company’s portfolio.

Health
Blood donation camps held twice a year at Raiaskaran Tech Park have helped the KEM Hospital collect over 5,000 units of blood since 2007. These efforts earned the founder members of the Naivedya Foundation recognition from the State Blood Transfusion Council.
Empowerment
Exhibition and sale of handicrafts during festivals help us support NGOs like Aseema Charitable Trust, Hope Foundation, World Vision India and Greenpeace.
Under the aegis of Sanskar Bharati, the Rangoli exhibition at Raiaskaran Tech Park promotes and encourages physically challenged artists, and generates funds through sale of artwork.
Additionally, we also aid the installation of phone booths in association with the Vijay Merchant Foundation to provide employment to handicapped individuals. The Foundation has also worked with Jaipur Foot to help provide prosthetic limbs to handicapped individuals.
Environment
To reduce carbon footprint, tree plantation drives have become a regular feature at Raiaskaran. Waste water treatment and use of recycled water for horticulture is another effort towards a greener future, along with shredding and recycling paper. Moreover, usage of environment-friendly material and eco-friendly lighting design has gone a long way to reducing pollution and conserving resources.
